Kamila Śladowska (she/her) is a visual artist born in 1996 in Warsaw, Poland. Working primarily in painting (including also different media), she explores the relationships between humans and ecosystems, refering to the philosophies of ecofeminism, posthumanism, and hydrofeminism. Her practice centers on ideas of regeneration and interconnectedness, often realized through immersive, ecosystem-like installations. Śladowska is committed to sustainable approaches in her work, incorporating recycled materials and slow, low-impact techniques to reduce the environmental footprint of painting. Her work has been exhibited across Europe, including the Biennial of Palermo, Kibla Art Center (Maribor), Symbiotic Epidermis (curated by Grey Cube Projects, London), Asbestos Art Space (Helsinki), STØND LEEG Festival (Antwerp), Sinfonia Varsovia (Warsaw), and In Feminis Veritas (Berlin). She is currently based in Warsaw, after spending several years (2021–2025) living and working in Helsinki, Finland.
